LEVEL UP

to

LEAD ON

Where ambition meets potential.

NEW: Online group coaching program

Starting Monday, October 15th

We are all leaders regardless of our title. (Maybe you don’t think of yourself as a leader yet- but those around you do!) Being a leader is a commitment to be your best and encourage those around you to reach their potential. It starts with a strong foundation- knowing who you are and what you want. It’s the clarity and courage you need to lead.

“When women are empowered they make an enormous impact on the world”

~ Mandy Moore

This program was created to help YOU step into your what’s possible, to level up. Empowered women, empowering women- we are all in this together.  Leadership is a privilege- and responsibility.

I invite you to join me and a small group of brilliant ladies dedicated to making a difference…

Here’s what you can expect when you join the Level Up to Lead On program:

  • Crucial leadership skills to help you thrive in the world of work whether you are in the corporate world or own your own business.

  • Learn new ways of thinking and talking about yourself that will help you shine in all that you do.  Feel empowered - and reenergized- to move forward personally- and professionally.

  • Quickly achieve what you want in the most efficient, direct way possible through the power of video training, weekly group coaching calls and a like-minded community of inspiring ladies committed to improvement- not perfectionism.

  • Increased confidence and a better work life balance.

“Thank YOU. It felt good talking with someone about my approach and anxieties toward leadership. I’m very glad you took the step to developing your own coaching company; you’re very good at reading people and helping them realize their own potential.”
— Kate H Madison, WI

Who is Level Up to Lead On for?

  • You are ambitious but feeling stalled. You want to be happier, to be more you, to achieve success but your self doubt holds you back. You are open to what's next and want to create opportunities to lead.

  • You want to be more, you yearn to matter. You have had some success but you feel, deep down, that you’re not fully realizing your potential. Something is missing. And it's soul crushing.

  • You feel stuck! You know you don’t want to be doing what you’re doing but you don't have a clear vision of what is next so you are lingering in status quo.

  • You hesitate to raise your voice, to propose change or to provide tough feedback. You worry about what people will think about you. The hard truth: your inner good girl is running the show and she’s holding you back.

  • You want to surround yourself with positive, high vibe ladies, those like you who are ready to stop talking and start taking ACTION. #LEADON is a safe place to experiment and grow.

“I learned so much about what it means to begin and sustain one’s leadership journey in a world where patriarchal socialization has kept women from dominating in their respective fields. I hope to someday be as much of an inspiration as you.”
— Emily F, Milwaukee, WI

WEEK 1 (October 15) Live Your Leadership Legacy: What are your intentions?

This crucial first week examines where you are in your leadership journey.  What's going well and what areas do you want - or need- to step up? We will set the stage by doing a leadership style assessment to set a baseline.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY: Goal Setting

WEEK 2 (October 22) United States of Busy: What is important to you?

You weren't born knowing how to be highly productive. We all have the same 24 hours a day but some ladies just know how to pack a lot of life into those hours. While comparisons is the thief of joy, it confirms it can be done. This week we will put the work life balance myth under the microscope and focus on what's most important. Set boundaries to protect your time- and more important- your energy.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY: Time Management & Boundaries

WEEK 3 (October 29) Lead Your Emotions: How are you showing up in the world?

Have you ever cried at work because you couldn't get the words out? Have you ever been so mad at a co-worker that you stopped talking to him/ her for the day (or longer)? We’ve all been there! Our emotions can get the best of us but when we manage our emotions, and harness our empathy, we thrive in our relationships- and in all set out to do.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY: Emotional Intelligence

Week 4 (November 5) Head Trash: What's Holding You Back?

So often our fear of failure holds us back but we grow our confidence by taking action. This week we will focus on our inner critic, imposter syndrome (and other ways our FEAR shows up) and learn how to move past what's holding you back.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY: Confidence & Authenticity

Week 5 (November 12) Brand YOU! How do you communicate your value?

This week we will focus on how you are presenting yourself as a leader and a role model. You’ll acquire tips, tools and techniques to help you be recognized for your good work and stand out from the crowd. It's branding not bragging! “Visability is power” ~Suhad Babaa

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY: Thought Leadership & Personal Branding

Are you ready

to SHINE?

Q. What can I hope for in five weeks?

You can expect a true breakthrough – a new way of looking at yourself and your life, using proven tools to get what you want to level up. You will get to know yourself on a deeper level; you will feel more confident as a leader and have goals that you are working towards. Everyone's journey will be different. In case you need more time, or want to review the materials you will have access to all the videos and recorded calls for six months after the course ends.

Q.  I’ve been through other programs and worked with a coach and they didn’t move me forward. Will the results be different this time?

Results are dependent on YOU.  This program has unique features and benefits derived from my eight years of coaching success combined with my almost 20 years in leadership development and Human Resources. These approaches work- for those who are open to change and willing to put in the work.  But change is based on setting inspiring goals (that fire you up) and taking intentional action so if you don’t act on the learning and coaching received, your personal results will be limited. This program comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.*

Q. How can I tell if NOW is the time for me to do this?

Just the fact that you are exploring options means you long for more!  You are at a point where you are ready to take action- but know you need support and accountability (with a side of cheerleading). Don't let fear hold you back! What if you get to 2019 and your life is like it is now? What if nothing has changed? What is it costing you?

Q. Will my company pay for this?

Most companies have a training or professional development budget. If your company is committed to developming the potential of women leaders it’s likely they will cover the cost of this program. The curriculum was created with the commitment to developing the potential of women. In addition, Laura is both a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and certified laser coach. Email laura@lauragmeinder.com for a letter you can use to request that your company pay for your participation.

Don't waste one more minute

doubting yourself or wanting more.

BLOND AMBITION (Back in the day I didn’t consider myself a leader…yet in my career and volunteer work I was always being tapped on the shoulder to step up, to take on more responsibility and to do it in a way that inspired those around me. I’ll never forget the time I was called to be on the board of a nonprofit and I was CERTAIN they called the wrong Laura. SERIOUSLY. That’s how little I thought of myself and my abilities. And even though I was scared thinking about sitting on the board with such accomplished women I did it. I thought I would throw up but I said yes anyway. I’m so grateful for the women in my life who saw my leadership potential long before I did and encouraged me to move past my comfort zone. Below is my bio. These “successes” didn’t happen overnight, and much of what has been accomplished has been so in the last few years- because I finally answered the call to step up as a leader and live my potential. I freed myself from the “What if?” (fear) and just went for it. And I’ve never been more me; I’ve never been happier.) Laura Gmeinder is a passion igniter. Those in-the- know would tell you she’s a top rated coach, business consultant and motivational speaker. Her story? Laura survived a quarter life crisis and made friends with her fear which empowered her to leave her corporate HR career (after 14 years) and set out to make an impact in the world by championing the potential of women. And with that impact in mind she's determined to #LEADON. She is passionate about leadership development; she has worked to champion thousands of women to their potential for almost 20 years. She is an InBusiness Magazine “40 Under 40”, honored for her business savvy and civic contributions, a BRAVA magazine 2018 "Woman to Watch" and an Athena Young Professional Award nominee. Laura is a proud graduate of Leadership Greater Madison, Vice President of Disrupt Madison and Milwaukee, past president of the Junior League and in leadership for the Doyenne (women's entrepreneurship) Group. She is co-producer of “If you Don’t, Who Will?” a short documentary on women’s leadership and empowerment. She is a regular contributor for the International Coach Federation (ICF) and provided coaching at Emerging Women Live leadership conference (deemed a “Top Women’s Conference” by Forbes). She holds a degree in adult education studied coach training through CTI and with Master Coach Marion Franklin and has taken numerous leadership and coaching programs to continue leveling up both personally and professionally. She has her Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification and laser life coach certification. Her expertise has been shared in the media for outlets like Huffington Post, US News & World Report and Wall Street Journal MarketWatch (talking about Taylor Swift no doubt). She strives to live an interesting life- and she's just getting started; the above was accomplished in the spirit of “Do one thing every day that scares you.”
